Provision of Strategic and Creative Advertising Services
The National Transport Authority now requires a Strategic and Creative Advertising Agency to provide Strategic Planning and Creative Advertising services for the planning and placement of advertising in general media. The Authority has run significant integrated marketing communications campaigns in the past three years to improve perceptions of public transport and increase usage of the products outlined in section 2.2 of the PQQ document. These campaigns have included use of TV, Radio (local and national), Press (local and national), Out Of Home (small and large format), Digital (In Apps and desktop), and social media. The Authority intends to build on the success of these campaigns and run a number of significant campaigns in a similar vein throughout the course of this contract.
