The National Transport Authority requires the provision of on-site, static security services at the premises below:
National Transport Authority, Dún Scéine, Iveagh Court, Harcourt Lane, Dublin.
2. The office consists of 6 floors as follows:
— Ground floor – reception area and three meeting room with tea station.
— Four floors are office space occupied by members of staff. There is a tea station on each of floors.
— One floor is a shared between office space and a canteen area. The office accommodates approximately 120 members of staff who work from
09:00 to 17:15. Security cover is required at the building from 07:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday and access is not permitted outside of this period, unless by prior arrangement with the Authority.

The contract will be for an initial period of 1 year. If the services provided are deemed to be satisfactory the contract may be renewed annually up to a maximum of 3 years after the end of the first year. The extension of the contract will be dependent on service requirements, performance and continued funding availability.
