Technical and professional ability:
Participants wishing to be considered for inclusion in this tender process must supply the following information in responding to this notice:
1) Indicate and confirm:
Their compliance with the HSA (Health and Safety Authority) Guidelines Ireland;
Their competency as defined by SHWWA (Safety, Health and Welfare at Work) Act, 2005 Ireland, including training delivery within a High Voltage environment;
2) Have a minimum, and provide evidence of FETAC Level 6 (or equivalent) Instructor Certification;
3) Provide details of your organisations Health and Safety (H&S) Policy.
Failure to provide 1 - 3 above will exclude participants from invitation to tender.
4) Provide details, if any, of your organisations quality assurance accreditation or processes/procedures relevant to this tender, including a statement on how your organisation manages quality of the service it provides.
The Contracting Entity reserves the right to clarify any aspect of responses received.
Contract execution
Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to whom the contract is to be awarded:
Where a grouping of service providers express interest, it isa requirement of ESB that one member of the group accept full contractual responsibility for delivery of the services. Where appropriate the intended contractual responsibility member of any grouping or consortium must be identified in responding to this notice.
