Project 3465 - Reconfiguration of Laboratory Services at Sligo and Letterkenny Regional Hospitals

The Pathology Departments at Sligo and Letterkenny Hospitals are currently planning to modernise the delivery of pathology Services and invites proposals from a primary economic operator for the provision of a managed service solution which will provide innovative and integrated solutions that minimise user intervention at all stages while maintaining quality and continuing to meet service demands for Laboratory Medicine, including but not limited to the areas of Clinical Biochemistry, Immunoassay, Haematology and Coagulation. This should encompass the provision, management, maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, contingency and defined infrastructure including ancillary utilities for a tracked analytical solution, including per and post analytical devices, together with associated products and reagents by a successful tenderer. The successful tenderer may incorporate third party suppliers in the process to meet the service needs of the individual laboratories however the principle supplier will undertake full responsibility for any such third party inclusion.
