With reference to the subject matter of this tender competition and NAMA's abandonment of its previous tender competition (OJEU Notice2013/S 112-191667) due to the fundamental changes in the characteristics of the commercial loan portfolio now likely to be acquired, NAMA now has an urgent operational requirement to put in place a service provider given the shortened timelines of when these loans are expected to transfer to NAMA.
