ESB invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates. This call for competition is to establish a framework agreement. The scope of work envisaged includes the provision of temporary facilities for a range of projects and overhauls. These facilities may include temporary offices, toilets, stores, meeting rooms, shower/wash-rooms, mess rooms. The size and scope of the facilities will vary as per ESB requirements over the period of the contract. The framework term will be a maximum of 5 years, comprised of a 3 year initial term with the right to extend by a further 2 years at the discretion of ESB.
