The Limerick 2030 An Economic and Spatial Plan for Limerick has identified Parnell Street/Davis Street and Colbert Station as an area requiring upgrading due to its important position in the City Centre as a location for business and as the main public transport gateway to the City Centre. The objective of this project is therefore to improve the overall appearance and public realm of Parnell Street, Wickham Street and Davis Street.
