Multi-Operator Contractor Framework Agreements
Limerick City and County Council intends to establish three Multi-Operator
Contractor Framework Agreements to complete capital works projects associated
with the Limerick City Regeneration Project.
The physical regeneration project involves activity in a number of areas from
small scale environmental improvement works to large scale infrastructural
projects. The delivery of residential units, across a range of unit types including
houses, apartments, duplex units, etc. is an important component of the overall
project.
This Multi- Operator Contractor Framework Agreement shall comprise of three (3)
Lots. A interested candidate may only apply for a single Lot. The Lots are
subdivided as follows:
Lot 1 - all capital works project less than EUR750,000 (Type 1 Category Projects as
per subsection 1.4 of QW1)
Lot 2 - capital works projects greater than EUR750,000 and less than EUR5,000,000
(Type 2 Category Projects as per subsection 1.4 of QW1)
Lot 3 - capital works projects greater than EUR3,000,000 and above. (Type 2 and
Type 3 Category Projects as per sub-section 1.4 of QW1)
Capital works projects to be called off in each framework lot may include:
- New Build / Infill / Refurbishment / Thermal Upgrade residential projects
- New Build / Refurbishment Community & Public Building Projects
- Public Realm refurbishment and development
- Infrastructure and enabling works projects
