A pre-qualification questionnaire will be issued to all candidates who respond to this notice. Expressions of interest should addressed to ssprocurement@esb.ie
The questionnaire must be completed and returned to the address in I.1 above no later than 12:00 noon on Friday 21.11.2014. The responses will be used in drawing up a tender list. The contracting entity will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by candidates or tenderers relating to this contract award procedure.

Where a grouping of service providers express interest, it shall be a requirement of ESB that one member of the group accept full contractual responsibility for delivery of the services.
