Measurement of the end-to-end transit time for Domestic Single Piece Priority and First Class Universal Postal Service within Ireland, in accordance with the European Standard EN 13850:2012, and the submission of the results of this measurement to the Commission for publication.
This quality of service measurement system shall operate for a continuous and uninterrupted period of not less than 36 months, commencing 1 January 2015 or as close to that date as is possible.
The Commission requires the design and operation of a QoS Monitor for Domestic
Single Piece Priority and First Class Universal Postal Service involving
the selection and distribution of test items sent and received by selected
panellists. The QoS Monitor will be audited in accordance with the European Standard, EN 13850:2012.
