Consultation meetings will be held with the shortlisted Candidates prior to the commencement of the tender period. There may also be network enhancements during the term of the contract which may enhance the commercial advertising portfolio. RPA would welcome investment proposals from Tenderers to upgrade advertising sites to modern/digital formats during the term of the contract.
