Limerick Institute of Technology's International Office invite tenders from suitably qualified companies for the provision of student accommodation for its growing number of international students across multiple campuses. Tenderers may apply for one, any or all of the lots identified in the RFT attached to this notice. Any contract arising from this tender will be awarded for an initial period of one year with the option to extend annually for a maximum of two further years, subject to annual review. All contracts will be subject to regular review to verify satisfactory performance of the contract and budget availability. LIT reserve the right to extend this contract to
other LIT campuses. If for any reason the Service Provider/s awarded this contract is/are unable to provide the required student accommodation at any stage during the period of the contract, LIT reserves the right to seek quotations elsewhere for the provision of the service required.
