HSE Project 3576 14 โ National Framework Agreement for the Supply, Delivery, Installation (including turn key solutions, if required), Commissioning, Maintaining and Staff Training of Ophthalmology Equipment
The Health Service Executive (HSE) wishes to procure and establish a multi-vendor Framework Agreement appointing qualified and competent economic providers to meet the HSE requirements Ophthalmology Equipment. This Framework is designed to support both the interim and longer term requirements of the HSE.
The Framework Agreement will service both HSE and HSE funded locations.
A Tenderer may be appointed to more than one, or all Lots, under the Framework. Tenderers will be appointed to the framework, on a Lot by Lot basis, in accordance with their ranking against the Award Criteria as set out in the Invitation to Tender Document.
The HSE intends to appoint suitably qualified Suppliers to a Framework Agreement. Suppliers will then be invited to tender by means of Mini Competition and will be requested to meet service needs throughout the lifetime of the Framework Agreement.
It is envisaged that a very substantial amount of the HSE's requirements over the life time of the Framework Agreement will be procured through this Framework Agreement.
