Economic and financial standing:
The tenderer must demonstrate its standing as a solvent goods provider to the satisfaction of the evaluation panel. Teagasc may require evidence of economic capacity– for example most up to date annual accounts and evidence of appropriate insurance.
Technical and professional ability:
The tenderer must demonstrate expertise and ability in the field of the supply of the equipment as set out in Appendix A. Include at least two references from Companies where plot harvest machinery or similar machinery was supplied. The tender must meet all specifications as set out in Appendix A.
