Fuel Hedging Services 2014-2014
This notice replaces the previously published notice of 31.10.2014 Reference Number 2014/S 210-372327.
Any Company who has already expressed an interest need not resubmit their interest.
CIE is seeking to establish a panel of suitably qualified companies who may be invited to bid for fuel hedging services that may arise over the next 3 years. Applicants will be selected for the panel based on a pre-qualification process and execution of an ISDA agreement.
The panel will remain open for a period of three years from December 2014 — If you wish to be included in the Pre Qualification Stage of this process please submit and email to
fergal.riggs@irishrail.ie with the subject title Fuel Hedging Panel 2014 Expression of Interest before 1.12.2014. It is our intention to have the pre-qualification document available at that time. Those who have expressed an interest will receive an email at that point with the PQQ documentation. Once available the PQQ Documentation will also be added to this notice and applicants may apply for inclusion at any stage during the life of the panel.
This panel will be refreshed on an Annual Basis.
