Framework for the delivery of Works pursuant to the Better Energy Warmer Homes Scheme

Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland

The objective is to establish a framework of Contractors to install Better Energy Warmer Homes scheme energy efficiency measures in eligible homes nationwide. Contractors interested in Lot D may leverage funding for the public good activity once it is fully disclosed during the tender process. Tenders may be from social enterprise organisations provided that any public funding is fully disclosed in the tender proposal.
Contracts will be for service delivery in 2015 and SEAI reserves the right to extend the term of the contract for a period or periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of two such extensions permitted subject to its obligations under law.
