The Dublin Region Local Authorities are Dublin City Council, South Dublin County Council, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and Fingal County Council. These local authorities will be named framework purchasers and any contracts entered into pursuant to the framework agreement will be strictly between that local authority and the successful framework member.

This shall be without prejudice to the right of Dublin City Council to cancel this competitive process and/or initiate a new contract award procedure at its sole discretion. 14.
