Framework Agreement for the Surveying and Mapping of Underground Utility Services and Structures Using Ground Penetrating Radar
— Dublin City Council, acting as a lead buyer on behalf of the Dublin Region Local Authorities, is seeking to establish a multi-operator Framework Agreement for the Surveying and Mapping of Underground Utility Services and Structures using Ground Penetrating Radar. The Dublin Region Local Authorities are Dublin City Council, South Dublin County Council, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and Fingal County Council. These local authorities will be named framework purchasers and any contracts entered into pursuant to the framework agreement will be strictly between that local authority and the successful framework member.
— The framework agreement will be established with at least 3 economic operators and the scope will cover the detection, verification, surveying and mapping of underground utility services and structures (e.g. cellars) and the production of corresponding drawings and reports as more particularly described in Volume 4.1 of the Invitation to Tender documents available to download from
