This public procurement competition (“Competition”) relates to Investigation and Mediation Services into complaints about workplace relationships to include Harassment, Sexual Harassment and/or Bullying complaints in accordance with Irish Prison Service policy.
The purpose of this Competition is to establish a multi operator Framework with a maximum number of five framework members (“Framework Member”) to provide the Services.
The five highest ranking Tenderers pursuant to this Competition shall each be awarded a place on the Framework.
