The sites are occupied by a variety of communication businesses. There are also a variety of structures on the sites. ESB Telecoms Limited intends to enter into framework agreements with contractors to meet build requirements for the next 3 to 5 years. It is a requirement of this framework agreement that successful tenderers will have an existing presence in Ireland with a rapid response team.

Where a grouping of service providers express interest, it shall be a requirement of ESB that one member of the group accept full contractual responsibility for delivery of the services. Where appropriate the intended contractual responsibility member of any grouping or consortium must be identified in responding to this notice.
