ESB Telecoms Limited owns, constructs, develops and maintains telecommunication sites throughout the Republic of Ireland. The locations of these sites are a mix of urban, rural and remote high sites. The sites are occupied by a variety of communication businesses. There are also a variety of structures on the sites. ESB Telecoms Limited intends to enter into framework agreements with contractors to meet build requirements for the next 3 to 5 years. It is a requirement of this framework agreement that successful tenderers will have an existing presence in Ireland with a rapid response team.

Participants are requested to provide summary details of their most recent projects relating to some or all of the work outlined in Section II.2.1 above, including customer contact names, dates and contract scale/duration.
