Engineering Consultancy Services and Coastal Protection Works at Cloughaninchy and Framework
Engineering Consultancy Services associated with the construction of approximately 2.2 km of coastal protection centred around rock armour construction and providing protection for residential properties and the local public road network at Cloughaninchy, Quilty, Co. Clare. (“The Project“).
The Project will also be used for establishment of a multiple operator framework agreement for Engineering Consultancy Services for the Coastal and Inland Storm/Flooding Remediation Programme, Clare County Council ('The Framework Agreement'). The Framework Agreement for consultancy services will be for a period of two years with option to extend for 1 year and a further 1 year period.
Consultants must include as part of their SAQ Response the following specialist skills:
1. Ecology.
2. Archaeology.
3. Planning.
4. Geotechnical.
