H+L Environmental Services Ltd (hereinafter โ€˜the Contracting Authority') is a Private Company operating in the Water and Waste Management industry.
The Contracting Authority has recently completed the construction of a Digester Plant in North Tipperary for the anaerobic treatment of sludges. To further develop the plant and the services we can offer, the Contracting Authority now proposes to engage in a competitive process for the award of a contract for the design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of a digester sludge pasteurization heating plant at Derryville, Moyne, Co. Tipperary.
The Contracting Authority is seeking to have a single contract for the entire delivery of the project and, therefore, only tenders capable of delivering all of the requirements will be considered. Tenderers may subcontract some or part of the contract and must indicate proposed subcontractors in the Response.
