Design Team Services for a new Outpatient facility to be constructed on the site of an operational hospital department, which is open on a 24-hour basis. It is envisaged that the likely design solution will be a steel frame structure whose foundations will be within the footprint of the existing building and that the lowest floor of the new facility will be at a height which is clear of the existing roof structure. The roof has some raised levels and incorporates lantern lights. The new facility will incorporate the Departments of Neurology, Nephrology, Urology and Spina Bifida on 2 floors and will have a gross floor area of approximately 800 m². The design team is being procured in 4 lots as follows:Lot 1: Architect who shall fulfil the role of Employers Representative under the Public Works Contracts, PSDP under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006 and Design Certifier and 'Assigned Certifier' under the Building Control Regulations 1997 to 2014.Lot 2: Civil/Structural Engineer.Lot 3: Building Services (M&E) Engineer.Lot 4: Quantity Surveyor.175 000275 000
