This Request for Tender (RFT) is for the provision of Certification Service for the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine Annual C.A.P. Accounts. European Union financial legislation requires that the annual accounts relating to Common Agriculture Policy (CAP) payments be accompanied by a report and opinion provided by an independent body (Certification Body). This RFT requests tenders from audit bodies to perform the functions of the Certification Body in accordance with the legislation and guidelines outlined therein. The closing date for receipt of tenders is 16.5.2014 (12:00 noon).
