Delivery of Expert Energy Advisory Services to the Public Sector

The objective of this Request for Tender is to identify suitably qualified service providers for the delivery of expert energy advisory services to Public Sector bodies. This will result in the appointment of a panel of experts for two categories or “Lots” as follows:
Lot 1 – Experts in Energy Saving Technologies & Methodologies: to engage directly with operational or engineering department experts in public bodies to identify and assess specific energy using or supply technologies and projects; and investigate, develop and deliver new methodologies for energy efficiency performance improvements, and widespread use of renewable technologies in the public sector.
A panel of 30 service providers will be appointed in Lot 1.
Lot 2 – Experts in Promotion, dissemination and communication of best practices:
Develop, coordinate and deliver programmes to promote wide spread adoption of best practice technologies and methodologies.
A panel of 8 service providers will be appointed in Lot 2.
Tenderers may submit tenders for either Lot 1 or Lot 2 or both.
