DCU Institute of Education Building Programme, Block E Roof Extension professional consultancy services for in tegrated design team
The project is defined as design project management, architectural, structural, health and safety, building services design and specialist design to approximate CWMF Stage (ii), appointment of the Contractor and implementation, management and administration of the construction process to completion, relating to the development of a Block E Roof Extension which may comprise some breaking through works and disposal of elements of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities which will reflect the scale, materiality and form of modern educational institutions constructed in line with recognised guidelines currently operating within Europe. Tenderers should note that there is an expectation of flexibility within the design.
