Audio Visual and Interpretative Hardware, Software and related installation & Maintenance Services

Fáilte Ireland is seeking to establish a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of Audio-Visual and Interpretative Systems Hardware, Software and related Installation & Maintenance Services.
There is an initial immediate requirement to provide such services for a new flagship Tourist Information Office (TIO) in Dublin City Centre which will open in September 2014. However, the services procured under this contract will be delivered in phases over the life of the contract as required and may include other Fáilte Ireland properties nationally.
Tenderers, who are admitted to the framework, must have the ability to provide all of the following services:
1. Analyse requirements and design and specify suitable solutions.
2. Supply and Delivery of Audio-Visual and Interpretative Hardware and Software.
3. Installation Services of Audio-Visual and Interpretative solutions.
4. Technical Support, Maintenance, Repair, Break-Fix and Preventative Maintenance Services.
5. 3rd Party Vendor and Supplier Liaison.
6. Project Management of projects delivered under this framework.
7. Documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
8. End-user training to Fáilte Ireland personnel or their nominated representatives.
This service framework does not include the provision of supply or support and maintenance of server or network infrastructure. It does not include the supply and support of desktops, printers or system administration of such, or the rollout of standard software packages.
