The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) intends to establish a single party framework agreement for Advertising Services (Media Planning and Buying).
The successful framework member will be responsible for purchasing media space for a range of advertising campaigns as required, to include Digital and Social Media on behalf of the HSA.
