2013/1027 — RFT for Professional Transcription Services for the Houses of the Oireachtas
The engagement of a service provider who can provide circa 12 personnel (hereinafter referred to as ‘Transcribers’) at any one time to deliver professional transcription services. The transcription services will be mainly required to provide assistance to the Contracting Authority in the instances of parliamentary inquiries. In the event that there is insufficient capacity from a single qualified service provider the Contracting Authority reserves the right to award to more than one service providers (s). This service can only be provided inhouse on the Leinster House campus. As these services are required to cover mainly, but not exclusively, future possible parliamentary inquiries, the workload is unpredictable and cannot be quantified or guaranteed at this time. Please note that the services provided under this RFT are deemed to be additional to the services currently provided by the Contracting Authority's internal Parliamentary Reporters.
