1487 - Supply & Management of Corporate Workwear
An Post
An Post is seeking to enter into contract with one or more providers to meet its requirements for the provision of Corporate Workwear to approximately 300 Male and 300 Female employees. The garments will represent the vision and brand of An Post and will be worn by staff that perform front line banking services with An Post Customers.
The range of corporate garments of interest to An Post will fall within the following categories: - Shirt/Blouse, Trouser/Skirt, Tie/Scarf/Belt, Jacket and V Neck Jumper/Cardigan.
Male and Female versions of the above garments will complement each other in terms of style and corporate shades.
An Post will also require a full Management Service to oversee the services associated with Employee Database Management, Initial Measuring Campaign, Stock Checking, Secure Stock Storage, Employee Man Pack Processing, Distribution of Man Pack to An Post and an Exchange Service allowing for return of garments and exchange of same with database updating and archiving reporting.
The contract will cover a 3 year period commencing with a launch date of new design in early 2015. The contract will also feature an option to extend contract for an additional 1 or 2 years.
