It is anticipated that the contract(s)/framework agreement will cover the following services to Bord Gรกis รireann (including any subsidiary or holding company of Bord Gรกis รireann or a subsidiary of any such holding company) initially for a three year period, with a Bord Gรกis รireann option to extend for up to a further two years, subject to an annual review after the three year period and at the sole discretion of Bord Gรกis รireann:
Lot 1 โ Audit;
Lot 2 โ Taxation Compliance;
Lot 3 โ Other Financial, Taxation and Related Services (including, but not limited to, the provision of financial and taxation advisory, accounting, assurance, due diligence, secondments and other related services;
Lots 1 and 2 will be awarded as separate contracts for service to the winners of each respective lot.
Lot 3 will be set up as a multi-supplier framework agreement with service providers appointed to a panel. It is envisaged that at least six service providers will be appointed to the panel for the provision of services.
Tenderers may be awarded contract(s) under Lots 1 and 2 and may also be appointed to the panel for the provision of services under Lot 3.

A pre-qualification questionnaire will be issued to all candidates who respond to this notice. Expressions of interest should be addressed in writing and sent via email for the attention of The Shared Services Procurement Manager to rahern@bge.ie The questionnaire will cover the financial, economic and technical capacity of the candidates. The questionnaire must be completed and returned to the address in I.1) above not later than 17:00 hrs on Monday 16.6.2014. The responses will be used to assist in drawing up a tender list. This process may also include interviews with candidates. The contracting entity will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by candidates or tenderers relating to this contract award procedure.
