The Office of Public Works (OPW) is acting on behalf of the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) and the State Laboratory to assist them in procuring a Facilities Management Company to provide Facilities Management Services at Backweston Campus, Celbridge, Co. Kildare, Ireland, Longtown Farm, Co. Kildare and Regional Laboratories. The Office of Public Works (OPW) will be the Contracting Authority. Backweston Campus comprises of the State Laboratory Building, Department of Agriculture, Food and The Marine Laboratories, Department of Agriculture, Food and The Marine Office building and Shared Facilities building. The Service Requirement is for a Total Facilities Management Service where a single entity provides a full range of facility management services for and on behalf of the client. The range of services to be provided encompasses the following services; General Services, Maintenance, Catering, Cleaning Service, Help Desk, Grounds, Linen, Mail & Porterage, Security, Laboratory
Equipment, Waste Management, Pest Control, Car Parking, Reception, Ultilities, Materials Management, Transport, Bio-Security, Additional Services, Project Management, CAFM.
