WWTP Bundle - Belmullet, Foxford, Charlestown/Bellaghy Sewerage Schemes Bundle

Engineering Consultancy Services required for a project consisting of a bundle of three sewerage schemes at:
Belmullet, Co Mayo; Foxford, Co Mayo; and Charlestown/Bellaghy, Co Mayo/Co Sligo. Preliminary Reports and subsequent Design Review Reports have
been completed for the three schemes.
The schemes involve the provision of new wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, rising mains and gravity sewers. In addition, the works also include upgrade works at an existing wastewater treatment plant, upgrades at existing pumping stations, sewer rehabilitation and associated works.
It is proposed that the scheme bundle will be procured as a single DBO/DB contract, to include wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, rising mains, sewer upgrades and rehabilitation works.
Mayo County Council require engineering consultancy services to assist Mayo County Council to carry out the Stage Services as detailed in Schedule B of the 'Tender and Schedule' document. The scope of services required by Mayo County Council consists of all services necessary or desirable for the management and purposeful delivery of the Belmullet, Foxford and Charlestown/Bellaghy Sewerage Schemes Bundle.
The appointment will be for Consultancy Services (Technical) with Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) as a Specialist Skill, for Stages (ii) design; (iii) tender action, evaluation and award; (iv) construction and (v) handover and final completion as broadly outlined in the Capital Works Managment Framework.

The SAQ also outlines the submission requirements in relation to groupings and reliance on the capacities of other entities.
