The successful tenderers must provide a bond, issued by an approved bank or insurance company, in the sum of 15 % of the Contract price for the due performance of the contract.
Subcontractor/specialists appointed by the successful tenderer may be required to enter into a collateral agreement with the Authority and provide a bond on this collateral agreement, issued by an approved bank or insurance company in the sum of 15% of the subcontract price.

Other insurance will be required in accordance with the conditions of contract. The successful tenderer and/or its sub-contractors/specialists may be required to enter into a collateral agreement with any entity providing funds for the project.
In accordance with the public works contract for Building Works designed by the Employer to be entered into with the successful tenderer.
Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to whom the contract is to be awarded:
Requests to participate may be submitted by a single candidate or by a consortium. A consortium will not be required to convert into a specific legal form in order to submit a request to participate, but may be required to do so prior to award of the contract if the Authority considers it necessary to ensure that the contract is carried out to its satisfaction. The Authority also reserves the right to contract with each member of the consortium on the basis of joint and several liability, or with 1 member of the consortium as a main contractor with a number of sub-contractors, or on any other basis the Authority considers appropriate.
