UCDOPP520 - Framework Agreement for the provision of Static Guarding and Mobile Patrol Security Services

UCD wishes to establish a single service provider framework agreement for the provision of static guarding and mobile patrol security services.
UCD is issuing this notice and the accompanying qualification questionnaire inviting expressions of interest as the first stage of a two-stage process under the restricted procedure.
The purpose of the first stage is to obtain information from candidates to determine their suitability on the basis of financial capacity, organisation capacity and relevant experience to carry out the contract.
Suitable candidates will be shortlisted and it is envisaged that the top 5 scoring suitably qualified candidates will be invited to tender for the award of the single operator framework agreement ('the Framework Agreement') as described in the qualification questionnaire document.
