Short description: Framework Agreement for UCD Building Fenestration Enhancement/Replacement Works.

Quantity or scope: UCD proposes to establish the Framework Agreement to implement selected building fenestration enhancement/replacement contract works over a 4-year period.The works will be carried out within a live educational campus, while adjacent academic, recreation, administration and residence buildings will be occupied. The works will typically be undertaken in separate contracts.Approx. 1.5 m EUR subject to availability of funding.Estimated number of call-off contracts: 8 to 10 subject to availability of funding.
UCD proposes to establish the Framework Agreement to implement selected building fenestration enhancement/replacement contract works over a 4-year period.
The works will be carried out within a live educational campus, while adjacent academic, recreation, administration and residence buildings will be occupied. The works will typically be undertaken in separate contracts.
Approx. 1.5 m EUR subject to availability of funding.
Estimated number of call-off contracts: 8 to 10 subject to availability of funding.

 The Contractor as published by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform. Payment terms will in in accordance with the provisions therein.
