UCDOPP484 - Establishment of a Multiple Operator Framework Agreement for Campus Landscape and Civil Engineering Works at University College Dublin

University College Dublin ( UCD )

UCD (and any wholly owned subsidiary thereof) proposes to establish a multiple-operator framework agreement for landscape and civil engineering contract works.It is anticipated that the highest scoring twelve (12) suitably qualified applicants at suitability assessment stage will be shortlisted and invited to tender for appointment to the framework agreement (“the Framework Agreement”). The parties so appointed to the Framework Agreement will be responsible for the implementation of campus landscape and civil works as required by UCD for each Call-Off Contract.
It is envisaged that the Framework Agreement will be for a period of up to 4 years, subject to regular reviews and satisfactory performance. UCD reserves the right to engage the Contractors appointed to the Framework Agreement for other similar type contracts during the term of the Framework Agreement.
