Queries, if any, must be sent to UCD via the eTenders website (Messaging function) by 12:00 on 11.10.2013 to enable issue of responses to all interested applicants.
UCD reserves the right to assign/novated the Works Contract to a wholly owned subsidiary of UCD.
UCD will not be liable for the candidates costs in connection with the procurement procedure, irrespective of the outcome, nor if the procedure is cancelled or postponsd. UCD has the right to terminate the procedure (or part of it), to change it, to procure the works by other means, or to do any combination of these.

Nothing contained in the contract notice or the accompanying documents shall be relied upon as a representation of fact or promince as the the future.

a) Proceed concurrently with selected phases; or
b) Proceed with a phase at a later start but overlapping part of the phases, or
c) Proceed with phases in sequence, separately or
d) Not proceed with selected phases, or
e) Terminate this process at any stage; or
f) Change the procedure, or
g) Not accept the highest ranked, most economically advantageous or any proposal.
No legal relationship or quasi-contractual relationship or other obligation shall arise between any candidate and UCD unless and until UCD issues an unconditional 'Letter of Acceptance' of a tender.
