UCD reserves the right to assign/novated the Works Contract to a wholly owned subsidiary of UCD.
UCD will not be liable for the candidates costs in connection with the procurement procedure, irrespective of the outcome, nor if the procedure is cancelled or postponed. UCD has the right to terminate the procedure (or part of it), to change it, to procure the works by other means, or to do any combination of these.
