Third European company survey: qualitative follow-up interviews on the development of workplace innovation in companies
The subject matter of the contract is to do a study on the topic of workplace innovation in companies through conducting follow-up in-depth interviews with selected participants from the third European company survey. The results of these interviews will be analysed in order to draw inferences on the circumstances which are favourable for workplace innovations to occur, providing information on the motivations and actions of different actors (managers, employees' representatives and employees).
