The appointment of Project Supervisor Design Process as part of the design team for National Maternity Hospital project at St Vincent's Hospital campus Dublin
The Health Service Executive is procuring Project Supervisor for Design Process ('PSDP') services as part of its appointment of a design team for the development of the new National Maternity Hospital. Pursuant to an earlier competition published on 1.8.2013, (Contract Notice Reference 257710-2013) the Health Service Executive is procuring the design team members, other than the PSDP, under a series of separate Lots. The Lot relating to PSDP services (Lot 5) of the earlier competition was discontinued due to there being an insufficient number of suitably qualified applicants identified. The Health Service Executive has short-listed applicants under the earlier competition in respect of the remaining Lots for the design team services as follows:
Architecture (Lot 1)
Quantity Surveying (Lot 2)
Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (Lot 3)
Civil and Structural Engineering (Lot 4)
Fire Consultancy (Lot 6)
Planning Consultancy (Lot 7)
This competition is for the procurement of the PSDP services required for the design team. It is intended that following the conclusion of this competition and the earlier competition the services of all seven principal services (i.e Lots 1 to 4, 6 and 7 of the earlier competition and the PSDP services under this competition) will be undertaken together as part of a single, but separately appointed, design team led by the Architectural consultant.
