The NDFA confirms that no framework will be establised to appoint panels of architectural consultants, civil and structural engineering consultants, mechanical and electrical engineering consultants, quantity surveying consultants and health and safety consultants in respect of the Department of Justice and Equality's PPP programme. The NDFA has included as an award criterion in the RFP attached to this notice any training opportunities or employment opportunities for graduate or unemployed civil and structural engineers or technicans or quantity surveyors (as appropriate) that the successful consultants will provide in relation to the required services.
