TCD is proposing to develop a new building, the Central Services/Business School Building on the TCD Campus. The new building will support the activities of the TCD School of Business and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Activities at TCD. The full schedule of accommodation will be outlined in the detailed design team brief, however the gross internal area for the building is expected to be circa 12,000 sq m (+/- 20%). TCD is now seeking expressions of interest for Design Team (DT) Services (4 Lots) to be employed under the Standard Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services [CoE1] for use with [PW-CF1 – Public Works Contract for Building Works designed by the Employer.
