Stopped Animal Body Restraints and Grounding Bars for use in the TB Disease Eradication Scheme
The supply by a single supplier of the following equipment suitable for capturing badgers:
(a) up to a maximum of 35,000 stopped animal body restraints,
and
(b ) up to a maximum of 12,000 each of 600 mm and 450 mm grounding bars.
At a minimum the stopped body restraints must be constructed in accordance with the specification as described in Regulation 3 (d) of the Wildlife Act 1976 (Approved Traps, Snares, and Nets) Regulations 2003 and S.I. No. 620 of 2003.
The successful tenderer will be responsible for all transportation and delivery costs.
