SET 4802 - Design and Supply of GSM-R Handportables
The purpose of this tender is to establish a framework agreement for:
(1) The supply of handportables for the GSM-R network covering the DART Area.
(2) The possible future supply of handportables.
It is intended to establish a 3 year agreement with the option to extend by a further year. The estimated scope of the framework is 200 - 400 handportables. GSM-R network infrastructure and Cab Mobiles have been procured under separate tender processes. Kapsch CarrierCom was the successful infrastructure provider while Siemens is the supplier of the Cab Mobiles.
