SANCO/2013/F7/008 Technical consultancy and assistance in building issues and project execution for the European Commission, Grange, Dunsany, County Meath
The European Commission intends to enter into a framework contract with the successful tenderer for an initial period of 1 year.
The contract may then be renewed for 3 further 1-year periods to give a maximum term of 4 years.
This invitation to tender concerns the provision of consultancy services for project execution tasks and the provision of assistance and technical advice in building issues. The Commission manages the building it occupies in Ireland in accordance with its obligations as tenant which means also that refurbishment and renovation work will have to be organised in the future. In this context, the contractor will, at the request of the Commission, provide assistance and technical advice to the Commission and assist the Commission in the realisation of projects in whole or in part, including, among other things, the preliminary studies, the planning stage, the design, technical assistance with the invitation to tender, monitoring and inspection of the execution of the works and assistance during the provisional and definitive acceptance of the works.
