This public procurement competition relates to the provision of a catering service at 51/52 St. Stephen's Green, on a daily basis, Monday to Friday (ex Bank Holidays) between the hours of 8:30 am and 3:00 pm. Drinks and
light snacks should be made available throughout opening hours. Staff break periods generally take place between 10:00 am and 11:30 pm with lunch breaks normally between 12:30 pm and 14:30 pm and a more extensive
menu should be available from the Canteen facility during these times. Details of the Requirements and Specifications including a listing of food items to be available at the Canteen are provided in full in Appendices
1 and 2.
