Refurbishment Programme – Quantity Surveying Services
The Central Bank of Ireland is seeking quantity surveying
services in connection with the completion, refurbishment
and fit-out of its proposed new headquarters building in
North Wall Quay The Central Bank's main objective is to
relocate its operations currently held in five separate
buildings into one building located at North Wall Quay,
Dublin 2. The project objective is to provide sufficient office
accommodation and ancillary facilities to support up to
1,500 employees of the Central Bank of Ireland. The
accommodation will be fully owned by the Central Bank
which plans to occupy it for the foreseeable future as its
long term accommodation. The premises need to cater for
all of the Central Bank's operational requirements.
The contract is anticipated to commence in May 2013 and to have a duration of 40 months.
Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. The postbox closes precisely at the time stated.
