A Pre-Qualification Questionnaire will be issued to all candidates who respond to this notice. Expressions of interest should be addressed to ssprocurement@esb.ie
The questionnaire must be completed and returned to the address in I.1 above no later than 12 noon on 14.10.2013. The responses will be used in drawing up a tender list. The contracting entity will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by candidates or tenderers relating to this contract award procedure.

Where a grouping of service providers express interest, it shall be a requirement of ESB that 1 member of the group accept full contractual responsibility for delivery of the service. Where appropriate the intended contractual responsibility member of any grouping or consortium must be identified in responding to this notice.
