Employing over 1,000 professional staff between it's office in Ireland and abroad, ESBI has active operations in over 20 countries. ESBI business model is focussed on international growth which requires foreign payroll and tax compliance obligations. The scope of this contract will included (but will not be limited to) the following:1. Provide ESBI with personal income tax and social security liability advice with regards to expatriate staff working on short term and long term assignments in foreign juristictions.2. To process and complete annual home and foreign personal tax returns where required.3. Process a monthly international and / or foreign shadow payroll to calculate and pay foreign personal income tax and social security liabilities to the relevant authorities in foreign jurisdictions.4. Process a monthly payroll in foreign jurisdictions for locally hired staff in ESBI overseas operations. Foreign jurisdictions will include but will not be limited to payroll operations in Bahrain, Malaysia, Turkey, Tanzania, Spain, South Africa and Saudi Arabia.5.
